A Legal Disclaimer
Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness provides professional massage therapy services intended for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness purposes only. Our services are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or mental health treatment.
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, recent injuries, allergies, pregnancies, or other health concerns prior to receiving services. Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or unknown medical conditions.
Massage services are provided with the client’s informed consent and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time upon request. Results may vary between individuals.
Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have a specific medical concern or condition, please consult a licensed healthcare professional before booking a session.

Studio Terms & Conditions
By booking, receiving services, or accessing the Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are scheduled online via Setmore, by phone, or email and are subject to availability. Appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to ensure a complete consultation and full treatment time. Late arrival may result in a shortened session while the full service fee still applies.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% service charge. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.
Complimentary Hot Stones & Promotions
Complimentary hot stone therapy is included with all qualifying 60, 90, and 120-minute therapeutic services. Promotional pricing and special discounts are subject to availability, cannot be combined with other offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Health Disclosure
Clients are strictly responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, injuries, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other health concerns prior to each session. For prenatal massages, services are recommended for clients between 16 and 28 weeks of pregnancy. Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness is not responsible for any issues arising from undisclosed conditions.
Scope of Services & Professional Conduct
All services provided are strictly therapeutic, non-medical, and designed for relaxation, posture relief, and general wellness. Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness strictly enforces zero tolerance for inappropriate behavior, remarks, or requests of any sexual nature. Any inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and potential reporting to local authorities.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Prices and service offerings are subject to change without prior notice.
Gift Certificates & Pre-Paid Packages
Gift certificates and pre-paid session packages are non-refundable and hold no cash value. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift certificates must be presented at check-in.
Personal Belongings
Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises or left in treatment rooms. We recommend keeping valuables with you or leaving them securely stored at home.
Right to Refuse Service
Elle's Therapeutic Massage & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including client safety, therapist safety, health contraindications, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or clinic policy violations.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services or booking system constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
